Virtual therapy (also known as telehealth or teletherapy) is designed to be as seamless and personal as an in-person visit, but from the comfort of your own space. Before your session, I will send you a unique, HIPAA-compliant video link. You will just need a device with a camera, microphone, and a stable internet connection. You’ll want to find a quiet, private spot where you feel safe to speak freely.
-
During your initial session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and any questions or concerns you may have. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine the best approach for your treatment.
-
There is no "one-size-fits-all" answer, as every journey is unique. Some clients find relief and clarity in 8 to 12 sessions, while others benefit from long-term support to navigate deeper or complex issues. In our first few meetings, we’ll collaborate on a plan that feels right for your specific goals and pace.
-
Intake Session: $225 (50-60 minutes)
Individual Session: $175 (45 minutes)
Couples Session: $200 (50 minutes)

No. I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance companies directly. This allows our work together to remain private and ensures that your treatment plan is driven by your goals rather than insurance restrictions.
Payment Policy: Clients are expected to self-pay for services at the time they are rendered. I accept credit cards and HSA/FSA cards through my secure client portal. For your convenience, I keep a card on file to streamline the payment process at the end of each session.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement: If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a monthly Superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your provider for potential reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance carrier to ask about your "out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits" to understand your specific coverage.

Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
