I believe therapy

In our work together, we’ll take an honest look at what’s going on in your inner world—your thoughts, emotions, coping strategies, and the relationship patterns that keep showing up. We’ll also look at the moments that shaped you: the experiences and dynamics that taught you how to “hold it together,” stay productive, keep the peace, or avoid conflict—even when it came at a cost. 

A big part of my style is helping you slow down. Instead of only talking about things intellectually, we’ll focus on real moments from your life and relationships so the work can truly land. We’ll notice the themes that repeat, name what’s underneath them, and practice new ways of responding—especially when old feelings like fear, self-doubt, or guilt show up. 

I use proven approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). But more than anything, I focus on helping you build agency—so you can stop feeling hijacked by anxiety, stuck in old patterns, or weighed down by disappointment, and start showing up with more clarity, confidence, and emotional steadiness.
